• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The product packaging must not be opened or tampered with.
• The item must be in resalable condition, with all original labels, accessories, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used perfume bottles.
• Products with broken or removed seals.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Items purchased during clearance, promotional, or discounted sales.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
• If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
• Securely package the item and return it according to the instructions provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
